About the Company:

ToTaCo - B2B Sales Recruitment is a leading provider of sales solutions for the construction and engineering industries. Our expertise lies in connecting top talent with prominent businesses like our client, a renowned supplier of Shoring and Groundworks solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and meet company targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Shoring or Groundworks sector, leveraging industry connections and market insights.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, product improvement, and sales success.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Shoring or Groundworks sales or a related field, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong technical background and knowledge of Shoring/Groundworks, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel nationally as required, with experience in managing a team and a strong work ethic.
  • Qualifications will be advantageous, but not essential.

Benefits:

  • Competitive basic salary of £80,000.
  • Company car (post-probation), with opportunities for commission-based earnings tied to revenue targets.
