About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our Commercial team at ToTaCo - B2B Sales Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the commercial washroom solutions market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, including timber and plumber's merchants and contractors
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on our commercial washroom solutions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans to capitalize on them
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales, particularly in the washroom industry
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results
  • Knowledge of the commercial washroom solutions market and industry trends
