Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled National Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market share.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Shoring and Groundworks sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the Shoring or Groundworks industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong technical background and knowledge of Shoring/Groundworks.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel nationally as required.
  • Experience in managing a team.
  • Qualifications will be advantageous.

Benefits:

  • Competitive basic salary of £80,000.
  • Company car (post-probation).
  • Commission-based on revenue with base and stretch targets.
