Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled National Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Shoring and Groundworks sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the Shoring or Groundworks industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong technical background and knowledge of Shoring/Groundworks.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel nationally as required.
- Experience in managing a team.
- Qualifications will be advantageous.
Benefits:
- Competitive basic salary of £80,000.
- Company car (post-probation).
- Commission-based on revenue with base and stretch targets.
