Compensation: £60-70k Base Salary + Performance Bonus

Finitas is a prominent player in the algorithmic trading industry, catering to institutional clients and trading platforms worldwide. In this position, you will serve as the primary support for buy-side clients, managing client onboarding processes and engaging in various project initiatives. This role demands effective problem-solving abilities and adept time management skills. Candidates with 2-3 years of experience in Middle Office, Operations, or Compliance looking to transition into a Front Office role will find this opportunity appealing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver first-rate support to buy-side clients, prioritizing exceptional client service.
  • Facilitate client and technology onboarding processes.
  • Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams.
  • Oversee NOP limits and Margin Utilizations.
  • Evaluate client KYC documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Adhere to established procedures to enable trading connectivity prior to production launch.
  • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to proactively address the needs of a global client base.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong educational background.
  • Experience in FX, futures, or other derivatives markets.
  • Familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus.
  • Experience with electronic trading platforms is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently while demonstrating a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to analyze data through charts and tables; proficient in querying your own data.
  • Proactive mindset with a strong commitment to client service and business growth.
  • Highly motivated and resilient, with a proven track record of taking initiative and working both independently and collaboratively.
