Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Graduate to join our client's small team in North London. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to both B2B and B2C clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Customer Service Manager in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Provide a high level of service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns
- Prepare and post content on social media platforms to engage with clients and promote the company's brand
- Assist with inventory management, including booking stock and loading new products onto the website
- Perform general administrative duties, including gift-wrapping orders and personalizing products
- Assist with warehouse operations, including picking orders and preparing shipments
Requirements
- Educated to University level or equivalent
- Fun, sociable personality with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer
- A competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000
- Incredible progression opportunities within the company
- Great working hours, Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm
- Free parking on site or a short walk from the nearest station
