About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Reinsurance Client Service Advocate to join our expanding Reinsurance Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and technical support to our clients and reinsurers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Reinsurance Premium and claims with accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide technical support to clients and reinsurers on a variety of Reinsurance products
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Participate in client and reinsurer meetings to discuss Reinsurance strategies and solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and reinsurers to drive business growth
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Reinsurance processing and technical support
  • Strong knowledge of Reinsurance products and markets, including Lloyd's and Company Reinsurance
  • Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft products and experience with IMR, CLASS, ECF, LORS, and Salesforce
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, reinsurers, and internal teams
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
