Everest, a global reinsurance and insurance provider with a legacy of underwriting excellence, seeks a Strategic Reinsurance and Partnerships Specialist to drive growth and innovation within our International Reinsurance Division. As a vital member of our team, you will collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop client strategies, analyze market data, and contribute to the expansion of our Strategic Reinsurance portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement strategic decisions and cultivate strong client relationships.
- Develop comprehensive client strategies and identify new growth opportunities within the reinsurance market.
- Collaborate with global underwriters to define effective client approaches and tailor solutions.
- Leverage data analysis to support client strategies and uncover promising new business avenues.
- Prepare insightful client reports and presentations that effectively communicate key findings and recommendations.
- Provide valuable support for training initiatives and strategy workshops, sharing your expertise with colleagues.
Skills & Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience within the insurance or reinsurance industry.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and a strategic mindset, capable of identifying trends and opportunities.
- Solid understanding of financial reports and the Solvency II framework.
- Proficiency in English; fluency in additional languages is highly advantageous.
- University degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related scientific field.
