Talent Acquisition Specialist / Technical Recruiter

Are you experienced in the field of Technology Recruitment?

Join Client Server, a prominent consultancy in technology recruitment. Our unique split-desk model enables us to excel in sourcing outstanding candidates for a wide range of clients, including innovative tech start-ups, software development firms, and financial institutions, all while benefiting from our dedicated Advertising and Business Development Teams.

We seek individuals who:

  • Are eager to advance their careers as tech-oriented recruiters and generate revenue through successful placements
  • Possess experience in a Recruitment Consultant or Recruiter role (this may be in technology or other sectors such as engineering, construction, healthcare, or sales)
  • Have a proven track record of meeting KPIs
  • Can showcase their passion, competitiveness, and determination
  • Are adept at managing their time effectively
  • Adhere to an ethical approach with a focus on quality service

Key Responsibilities of a Talent Acquisition Specialist:

  • Consistently deliver high-quality technology professionals
  • Manage client accounts
  • Enhance existing client relationships
  • Take ownership of new client accounts
  • Expand and develop your own recruitment desk
