Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our residential care home in Cheshire. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and managing a team of staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver person-centered care to residents
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of residents
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient operation of the care home
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (Preferred)
  • Prior experience as Registered Manager or Deputy of older people or dementia care homes
  • Strong staff management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation and regulatory requirements
