About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our residential care home in Cheshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Contribute to the development of our care home's policies and procedures
Requirements
  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (Preferred)
  • Prior experience as Registered Manager or Deputy of older people or dementia care homes
  • Strong staff management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation and regulatory requirements
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.
