Hourly Rate: £44
Work Schedule: 42 hours per week on a rotating schedule, including alternate weekends. Night shifts may be required based on service needs.

We are expanding our team and are seeking experienced Care Support Specialists to assist individuals within supported living environments.

As we grow, we are looking for skilled support staff to join our new initiatives. These positions will involve assisting adults with learning disabilities and other complex health care requirements within community and supported living settings.


  • Delivering high-quality care and support to vulnerable adults in community and supported living environments.
  • Experience in assisting individuals with challenging behaviors.
  • Documentation and incident reporting.
  • Some personal care responsibilities may be required.
  • Upholding the respect, dignity, and privacy rights of the individuals supported.
  • Collaborating with the supported individuals, their families, and other professionals.
