Active Care Group, one of the UK's leading providers of complex care services, is seeking dedicated Support Professionals to join our team. We empower adults with spinal cord injuries, acquired brain injuries, and complex health needs to live fulfilling lives within their own homes.

We are currently looking for individuals to provide support in a client's home based in Crewe.

Your Role:

  • Provide personalized care, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and clinical equipment operation.
  • Create a safe and supportive environment for our clients, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Collaborate effectively with the client's family and healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care.
