We are seeking an experienced and skilled Operations Manager/Responsible Individual to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the provision of high-quality care, support, and accommodation to young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional care services, meeting the needs of young people and exceeding their expectations.
- Supervise and motivate a team of management staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Manage the home's budget, ensuring financial stability and growth through effective resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with commissioners, securing contracts and placements that meet the needs of our clients.
- Establish and implement a system for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), using feedback to drive performance improvement and growth.
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, developing new business initiatives that align with our organization's strategic objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably in a residential care setting.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong financial management skills, with experience of managing budgets and resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, with a high degree of autonomy and decision-making authority.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000, depending on experience.
