As the Operations Manager / Responsible Individual, your responsibilities will include:

Ensuring the delivery of superior care, support, and living arrangements for young individuals.Overseeing and inspiring the management team of the children's home and associated accommodations.Administering the budget for the home, ensuring that spending remains within the allocated income for the fiscal year.Managing contracts and placements with pertinent stakeholders.Implementing a system for tracking the home's key performance indicators and utilizing feedback for performance enhancement.Identifying growth prospects and fostering new business initiatives.
