Care Services Manager – Learning Disabilities

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Services Manager for a reputable residential and supported living establishment.

This organization specializes in providing residential and supported living assistance for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities, with a focus on promoting independence among service users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the care service, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
  • Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional person-centered care.
  • Implement best practices in line with health and social care legislation.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a managerial role within the care sector, particularly with Learning Disabilities.
  • QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management, Registered Managers Award, or NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care is preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of CQC regulations and health and social care policies.
