Job Opportunity: Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with complex health needs in their own homes.

  • Support clients with personal care, medication, moving and handling, and managing clinical equipment.
  • Work collaboratively with our clinical and business leadership teams to ensure high-quality care.
