Job Summary:
An exciting opportunity exists for a skilled and motivated individual to become part of the Private Patient Team at Springfield Hospital, located in Chelmsford. This role demands a proactive and adaptable approach to meet the diverse needs of our patients and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to a varied clientele, including medical professionals and patients.
- Manage a portfolio of private patients from initial contact through to admission.
- Utilize strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office, to support administrative tasks.
- Communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals, demonstrating confidence and professionalism.
- Maintain the highest standards of personal presentation and professionalism.
- Focus on achieving goals and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in private healthcare is preferred.
