Position Summary:

An exciting opportunity awaits for a skilled and motivated individual to join our Private Patient Team at Springfield Hospital in Chelmsford.

As a Private Patient Services Coordinator, you will engage confidently with a variety of stakeholders, including medical consultants, administrative staff, and patients, showcasing your commitment to outstanding customer service. This multifaceted position involves not only delivering exceptional care to our private patients but also contributing to marketing efforts and revenue generation.

Key Qualifications:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Proven ability to manage a portfolio of private patients from initial inquiry to admission
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals

  • Experience in private healthcare is preferred
