As a Private Patient Liaison Officer, you will thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, demonstrating enthusiasm and a proactive mindset to meet the diverse needs of our service. You will possess the ability to adapt to requests from medical professionals and colleagues while working independently.

The ideal candidate will exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, confidently engaging with a variety of stakeholders, including medical consultants, administrative staff, and patients. This multifaceted position encompasses delivering outstanding customer service to our private patient demographic, alongside an understanding of marketing strategies and revenue generation.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven customer service expertise
  • Proficient in managing a portfolio of private patients from initial inquiry to admission
  • Strong computer proficiency, particularly in MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving goals
  • Experience in private healthcare is advantageous
