Private Patient Coordinator

Location: Springfield, Chelmsford

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, full-time

Position Summary:

An exciting opportunity has emerged for a skilled, motivated, and dedicated individual to join the Private Patient Team at Springfield Hospital, located in Chelmsford.

This role is dynamic and demanding, requiring an enthusiastic and adaptable approach to meet the service's needs. You will have the autonomy to respond to requests from medical professionals and colleagues while working independently.

Private Patient Coordinators must be personable and confident when interacting with a diverse range of clients, including medical professionals, administrative staff, and patients, with a strong understanding of exceptional customer service. This multifaceted role encompasses not only delivering top-tier customer care to our private patient demographic but also involves marketing knowledge and revenue generation.

Key Qualifications:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Proficient in managing a portfolio of private patients from initial inquiry to admission
  • Strong computer proficiency, particularly with MS Office
  • Confident in engaging with various stakeholders
  • Articulate, with outstanding communication abilities in person, over the phone, and in writing
  • Exemplary personal presentation
  • Goal-oriented and results-focused
  • Experience in private healthcare is advantageous
