About the Service

We are a leading private hospital seeking an experienced Physiotherapist Team Lead to join our physiotherapy department. Our hospital offers a supportive and dynamic work environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.

About the Role

As a Physiotherapist Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day management of our out-patient physiotherapy service. You will work across a caseload of orthopaedic patients, with some surgical and medical cases. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the team and ensuring the service is safe and effective
  • Implementing service delivery projects, coordinating training, and reviewing patient documentation
  • Assisting the Physiotherapy Manager in ensuring the service meets the highest standards
  • Delivering an outstanding level of care to patients
  • Organizing workload and prioritizing tasks
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • HCPC and CPS registration with no restrictions
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • Minimum of 3 years post-graduate out-patient experience in the UK
  • Experience in a similar leadership role
  • Previous experience in MSK Physiotherapy and orthopaedics
  • Experience in clinical audits and utilizing outcome tools
  • Excellent understanding of CSP Standards of Physiotherapy Practice and Rules of Professional Conduct
