Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at a leading private hospital in the Chelmsford area. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with patient admission and discharge processes
- Provide post-operative care and support to patients
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any concerns to medical staff
- Chaperone patients during medical procedures as required
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of patient charges and data
- Support minor medical procedures, such as ENT, dermatology, and podiatry
- Maintain patient rooms and clinical areas to ensure a clean and welcoming environment
Requirements:
- High level of communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of customer care principles
- Basic IT skills
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare or caring environment, preferably in private healthcare
- Enthusiastic and committed team player with a flexible approach

Working Hours:
