Your Role At Rhombus, every team member plays a vital role in fulfilling our mission to enhance safety through intuitive, intelligent, and effective security solutions. Regardless of your department, your contributions have a meaningful impact worldwide.
We are in search of a Sales Executive who possesses a strong enthusiasm for sales and is ready to take charge of the complete sales cycle, from initial qualification to final closure. The ideal candidate is driven, resilient, and confident, with a proactive approach to prospecting to maintain a robust sales funnel. You will work closely with Marketing, Engineering, and Product teams to serve as a knowledgeable resource on Rhombus cameras and software. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the complete sales process: prospecting, customer engagement, product demonstrations, trials, and strategic negotiations.
  • Stay informed about Rhombus' offerings to effectively convey their advantages to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners in your assigned territory for mutual success.
  • Consistently surpass quarterly sales targets, maintaining a pipeline that supports exceeding performance goals through strategic planning.
  • Provide valuable customer insights to Rhombus' hardware, engineering, and development teams for ongoing product enhancement.
  • Conduct market analysis to uncover new business opportunities and remain updated on industry trends and competitors.
  • Engage in strategic outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential clients, establishing a strong sales pipeline.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
  • Understand client needs, challenges, and objectives, customizing sales strategies to foster long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a unified sales strategy and effective product positioning.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in a full-cycle sales role with a proven history of success in competitive and strategic sales environments.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas, particularly with mid-sized and enterprise clients.
  • Proficient in strategic outbound prospecting and various lead generation techniques.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for engaging with colleagues, clients, and partners.
  • Adept at learning and articulating the technical features of Rhombus products, translating them into compelling business value propositions.
  • Strong collaborator, effective across various departments and with diverse teams.
  • Adaptable to evolving market conditions and client needs, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated region to meet clients and partners.
Compensation Base Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 GBP. Estimated OTE (base salary + commission): £110,000 - £125,000 GBP.
Additional compensation may include uncapped commission, sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and equity in the company. Individual compensation is determined based on the candidate's primary work location and other factors, such as skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
