Job Title: Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive at Hydra Sales Group Ltd, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our industry-leading products and services to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting: Identify and engage with potential customers to introduce our products and services, and build strong relationships with them.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the value of our offerings, addressing customer needs and concerns.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets, demonstrating a proactive and persistent approach to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Documentation: Accurately record and maintain customer information, sales activities, and feedback in our CRM system.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in direct sales or telesales is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
