About the Role

Mellow Parenting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fundraising and Corporate Partnerships Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in securing and sustaining funding streams, developing and executing a Corporate Partnership Strategy, and driving the growth of our non-profit income.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fundraising
    • Research and maintain a record of eligibility criteria and deadlines for suitable corporate, trust, foundation, and statutory grant opportunities.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the organization's work is effectively presented to potential funders.
    • Lead the writing and timely submission of high-quality applications to charitable funders.
    • Set and achieve income targets for all fundraising activities, with a focus on developing strategies to maximize unrestricted income in consultation with the CEO and Finance Officer.
    • Develop new fundraising initiatives and techniques as needed.
    • Support the engagement and strengthening of relationships with existing partners and donors.
  • Corporate Partnerships
    • Work with the CEO to create a long-term strategy for corporate partnerships.
    • Lead the implementation of the corporate partnerships strategy.
    • Network and conduct desk-based research to identify potential corporate partnerships.
    • Proactively maintain a pipeline of organizations to partner with.
    • Manage partnerships to secure long-term agreements that maximize income and non-monetary support.
    • Develop specific products and services that can be delivered as part of partnerships or offered commercially.
  • General Responsibilities
    • Fully participate in team meetings and contribute to the organization's broader strategic goals.
    • Represent Mellow Parenting at conferences, presentations, and networking events.
    • Undertake any other duties as reasonably required within the scope of the role.
    Benefits
    • Salary - MP Point DOE: £29,490 - £31,630 (Pro rata)
