Job Description

The Missio Group, a leading organization in the non-profit sector, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Charity Fundraiser to join their team. As a key member of the fundraising team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective fundraising strategies to support the organization's mission.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fundraising, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with donors, stakeholders, and community partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet or exceed annual fundraising goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with donors, stakeholders, and community partners
  • Identify and pursue new funding opportunities, including grants, corporate sponsorships, and individual donations
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing and communications strategies
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to donors and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in fundraising, preferably in a non-profit or charity setting
  • Strong background in fundraising principles, practices, and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with donors, stakeholders, and community partners
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
