Corporate Senior Associate - Up to £90,000 Salary and Comprehensive Benefits Package

The successful candidate will play a key role in the firm's expanding Glasgow-based practice, working closely with lead partners to drive growth and develop local and national client relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior corporate solicitor to progress their career and make a significant impact in a dynamic and award-winning team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake a variety of corporate instructions, including cross-border M&A, corporate finance, private equity, joint ventures, fundraising, shareholder agreements, and general corporate advisory work.
  • Work closely with lead partners to nurture client relationships and promote the growth of the wider business and the corporate team globally.
  • Contribute to business development and client tenders, leveraging your expertise and network to drive growth and success.

Requirements

  • An established senior corporate solicitor with a strong network of connections in Glasgow.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • A strong work ethic and a passion for driving growth and success in a dynamic and award-winning team.

Benefits and Package

  • Salary up to £90,000 per annum.
