About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Team Leader to join our team at Inspired People Ltd. As a Senior Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of fundraisers in Glasgow, engaging with people in residential areas, and inspiring them to support Oxfam through regular donations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of fundraisers to achieve targets and build a motivated team
  • Engage with people in residential areas to inspire them to support Oxfam
  • Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to meet targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors and community leaders
  • Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Requirements
  • Proven experience in face-to-face fundraising or door-to-door sales, with a track record of success
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Passion for social justice and a commitment to Oxfam's mission
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
