About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Fundraising Manager to join our team in Scotland. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for securing new corporate partnerships and developing existing relationships to drive income growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to secure new corporate partnerships and grow existing relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive income growth and achieve fundraising targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including researching and approaching potential corporate partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver fundraising campaigns, events, and activities.
  • Monitor and report on fundraising performance, providing insights and recommendations to inform future strategy.

Requirements

  • At least two years' experience in corporate fundraising, sales, or business development.
  • Proven track record of securing new business and growing existing relationships to drive income growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve fundraising targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
