Job Description

Donor Engagement Fundraising Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive donor engagement strategy to increase fundraising revenue for Scottish Opera.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with major donors, corporate partners, and other stakeholders.
  3. Cultivate and steward a portfolio of donors to ensure long-term giving and loyalty.
  4. Collaborate with the fundraising team to achieve fundraising targets and goals.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging fundraising strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successful fundraising and donor engagement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Working Arrangements:

This is a full-time, permanent position working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work as required.
