Donor Engagement Fundraising Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Donor Engagement Fundraising Manager to join our team at Scottish Opera. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage and retain our donors, ensuring that they feel valued and appreciated.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement donor engagement strategies to increase retention and upgrade rates
  • Build and maintain relationships with major donors and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the fundraising team to develop and implement fundraising campaigns
  • Manage and analyze donor data to inform fundraising strategies
  • Ensure that all donor interactions are professional and respectful

Requirements:
