Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as a Fundraising and Corporate Partnerships Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and sustainability of Mellow Parenting, while making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fundraising
    • Research and identify potential funding opportunities, ensuring alignment with our organization's goals and objectives.
    • Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies, including grant writing and corporate partnerships.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and impactful fundraising approach.
    • Set and achieve income targets, with a focus on developing strategies to maximize unrestricted income.
  • Corporate Partnerships
    • Develop and implement a corporate partnerships strategy, aligning with our organization's goals and objectives.
    • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential corporate partners, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
    • Develop and deliver tailored proposals and presentations to secure corporate partnerships.
  • General Responsibilities
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of our organization's strategic plan.
    • Represent Mellow Parenting at external events and conferences, promoting our mission and values.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective team approach.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in fundraising and corporate partnerships, with a track record of success.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
