Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Business Support Administrator to join our team at Adler and Allan Group. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our operations team, including monitoring opportunities and quotations, booking travel arrangements, and managing purchase orders.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic document filing systems, ensuring all documents are easily accessible and compliant with company policies.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including operations team members, suppliers, and other external partners.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the operations team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance our administrative processes.

Requirements:

  • Administrative Experience: Prior experience in a dynamic office environment, with a proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education and Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications or education in business administration or a related field preferred.
