An exciting opportunity has emerged within our Fleet division at Listers. This role is integral to our Corporate Fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the order management process with LBDMs, Leasing Firms, and Corporate Clients.
  • Addressing customer inquiries effectively.
  • Coordinating with various brands regarding new and ongoing customer orders.
  • Regularly updating multiple ordering systems.
  • Generating quotations for clients.
  • Maintaining communication with existing clients and providing them with weekly order updates.
  • Arranging delivery schedules for new vehicles.
  • Coordinating demonstration vehicle bookings.

To excel in this role, exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills are essential. While familiarity with Fleet and Leasing environments is advantageous, a strong desire to succeed and enthusiasm are paramount.

The ideal candidate will possess a confident and engaging personality, with outstanding communication abilities to interact effectively with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally. You should thrive on organizing tasks and meeting deadlines and targets.
