About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Sales Manager to join our team at Listers Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing your own area of influence to source and develop sustainable local business sales opportunities in line with the JLR brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities

* Act as the key contact for potential local business and corporate company car drivers
* Plan and organise your own sales activities to win new profitable business
* Guide and offer customers comprehensive support in all of their vehicle financing and insurance requirements

Requirements

* Knowledgeable and confident presenting all funding methods to clients
* Ability to help and support the wider sales team to identify qualifying clients and provide all funding methods enabling them to make the best funding decision
* Generate leads from the business community by highlighting their business proposition expertise
* Understand the tax implications of every model and type of finance offer, providing finance and generic taxation examples to aid decision making
* Work at a managerial level, directly for the GM, whilst highlighting their own sales activity, lead generation and business marketing activity
