About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Jaguar Droitwich, Land Rover Droitwich. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing your own area of influence to source and develop sustainable local business sales opportunities in line with the JLR brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will act as the key contact for potential local business and corporate company car drivers, whilst planning and organising your own sales activities to win new profitable business.
  • You will guide and offer customers comprehensive support in all of their vehicle financing and insurance requirements.
  • You will be knowledgeable and confident presenting all funding methods to clients.
  • You will be able to help and support the wider sales team to identify qualifying clients and provide all funding methods enabling them to make the best funding decision.
  • You will generate leads from the business community by highlighting their business proposition expertise.
  • You will understand the tax implications of every model and type of finance offer, providing finance and generic taxation examples to aid decision making.
  • You will work at a managerial level, directly for the GM, whilst highlighting your own sales activity, lead generation and business marketing activity.
  • You will be passionate about business customer retention, taking ownership of renewal tools whether it be your database or P360.
  • You will have great people skills, installing yourself in the local business community and becoming the \"trusted business expert\" for JLR in Droitwich.
  • You will provide each client with a fantastic experience from their initial communication, through to delivery of the car and regular touch points in the clients purchase cycle.

About You

  • You will have an outstanding record of sales achievement with exceptional finance sales performance.
  • You will be an existing Local Business Development Manager, Fleet Manager, Retail Manager or Sales Manager looking for a new opportunity that provides better rewards and career opportunities.
