Job Description

Antony James Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Credit Controller to join their team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's credit control functions, ensuring timely and accurate payment from customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Process and manage customer payments, including cash allocation and reconciliation
  • Monitor and chase outstanding debts, using effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to customer payments
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and account information
  • Collaborate with the credit control team to achieve targets and improve overall performance
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of credit control principles and procedures
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues
Working Arrangements

This is a temporary position, working full-time in an office-based environment. The successful candidate will be required to work Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
