Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Account Managers to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with media planning and buying teams to track media schedules and flag upcoming bookings.
  • Ensure campaign assets are created on brand, to the required specification, with the right message for the right purpose and to deadline.
  • Create templated emailer campaigns through platforms such as Spotler, Beepro, and MailChimp.
  • Update website content and imagery using WordPress.
  • Develop a basic understanding of SEO principles and work with Account Managers to implement content improvement recommendations based on SEO reports.
  • Provide project support as required, including typing documents, briefing client amends, proofreading, research, image sourcing, and promotional item sourcing.
  • Maintain high levels of proofreading and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Supremely organized and detail-oriented individual.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles.
