About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist to join our Transformation & Projects team at Burges Salmon. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in steering the firm through periods of change, implementing change management methodologies to minimize disruption and drive adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support business transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and assess change impacts, develop mitigation plans, and implement communication and training programs.
  • Design and manage coaching approaches, including Champions programs, to support employee adoption and engagement.
  • Facilitate workshops on resistance management and benefits realization to ensure successful change implementation.
  • Monitor and report on change initiatives, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, to ensure effective change management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in change management to continuously improve our approach.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in change management, ideally in professional services.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Prosci, APMG) are desirable.
