Position Overview
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be an integral part of our operations, delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Location: Remote/Hybrid options available
Compensation: £15-17 per hour (inside IR35)
Working Hours: Flexible shifts between 8 AM and 8 PM, Monday to Friday, and 9 AM to 6 PM on weekends, totaling 37.5 hours per week.

Role Responsibilities
In this role, you will focus on understanding customer needs and guiding them towards suitable lending products. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers in navigating their borrowing options.
  • Ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer experience.
  • Accurately capturing and recording customer information.
  • Collaborating with team members to enhance service delivery.
  • Meeting key performance indicators while maintaining quality service.

Work Environment
This position is primarily office-based, with opportunities for hybrid work following a successful training period. Induction training will last for six weeks, combining classroom instruction with hands-on experience.
