Customer Support Specialist

Location: United Kingdom

Salary: Starting at £23,000, with potential to increase to £25,000 as you progress in your role, plus a performance-based bonus of £1,200.

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Shift Patterns: 7.5-hour shifts scheduled between 8am and 9pm, across a 7-day week (5 days on, followed by 2 days off).

Holidays: 29 days of annual leave (increasing to 31 days after one year of service), inclusive of public holidays.

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to become a vital part of our Customer Service team at Verisure Services.

Verisure is a premier provider of professionally monitored security solutions, offering 24/7 response services. Our goal is to deliver peace of mind to our clients by protecting their most valued assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service as part of an inbound support team.
  • Effectively manage customer complaints.
  • Respond to customer inquiries.
  • Assist customers with billing inquiries and process payments via phone.
  • Conduct outbound calls as necessary to keep customers informed.
  • Maintain and update customer records accurately.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Ideally, at least one year of experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong communication skills coupled with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and proficient in computer applications, including MS Office.
  • Customer-focused with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Excellent active listening abilities.
