  • Assist customers in utilizing our platform's features and functionality, providing clear and concise guidance to ensure a positive user experience.

  • Analyze and report product bugs, collaborating with our development team to resolve issues and improve overall product quality.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive user FAQs, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is readily available.

  • Set up new client and user logins, ensuring seamless onboarding and access to our platform.

  • Monitor and maintain accurate user data, ensuring consistency and up-to-date information.

  • Collect and share customer feedback with our product, sales, and marketing teams to inform product development and improvement.

  • Produce regular user and activity reports, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date user/client lists for existing and prospective clients.

  • Collaborate with our technology team to coordinate error logs and ensure prompt resolution.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication, listening, and questioning skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

  • Previous experience in a technology, software, or financial services support role is highly desirable.
