We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist at Ronald James. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely and effective support to customers via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Document and prioritize customer issues, coordinating responses with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution.
Assist customers in utilizing our platform's features and functionality, providing clear and concise guidance to ensure a positive user experience.
Analyze and report product bugs, collaborating with our development team to resolve issues and improve overall product quality.
Develop and maintain comprehensive user FAQs, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is readily available.
Set up new client and user logins, ensuring seamless onboarding and access to our platform.
Monitor and maintain accurate user data, ensuring consistency and up-to-date information.
Collect and share customer feedback with our product, sales, and marketing teams to inform product development and improvement.
Produce regular user and activity reports, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date user/client lists for existing and prospective clients.
Collaborate with our technology team to coordinate error logs and ensure prompt resolution.
Requirements
Excellent communication, listening, and questioning skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Previous experience in a technology, software, or financial services support role is highly desirable.
