About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Customer Support Advisor to join our warm and friendly Customer Support team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, addressing their issues, and ensuring they leave the conversation satisfied.

Our customers rely on us to manage their bills, keeping their lights and broadband running smoothly. When things go wrong, it can have a significant impact, leading to tense calls. Your role is to rectify the situation and ensure customers feel positive about their experience with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers through live chats, phone calls, and emails to resolve their queries and issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide informed solutions.
