Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Advisor to join our team at One Utility Bill. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer queries in a timely and efficient manner.
Our customers rely on us to manage their household bills, and when things go wrong, it can have a significant impact. Your role will be to rectify the situation and ensure customers feel positive about their experience with us.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with customers via live chats, phone calls, and emails to resolve their queries and issues.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers to ensure they are satisfied with their experience.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide informed support to customers.
We offer a competitive salary of £23,796, plus an uplift each year to say thanks. You will also receive 25 days holiday each year, plus the usual bank holidays. You can buy or sell up to 5 days per year to suit your needs.
