Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Support Team as a Customer Support Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and live chat
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Continuously improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive communication and issue resolution
We offer a competitive salary of £23,796, plus an uplift each year to say thanks. You will also receive 25 days holiday each year, plus the usual bank holidays. You can buy or sell up to 5 days per year to suit your needs.
