About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our Global Operations Contact Centre team.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our fitness and wellbeing consumers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
You will be responsible for managing telephone and email communication from clients and their customers, resolving first-line customer queries, and escalating complex issues when necessary.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high-level customer service with a high first-time resolution rate
- Managing telephone and email communication from clients and their customers
- Resolving first-line customer queries related to accounts and payment contracts
- Escalating complex issues and reporting to the Contact Support Team Leader
- Engaging with consumers regarding overdue balances and collections
- Identifying, progressing, and resolving queries using the query management system
Requirements
