About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and driven Customer Support Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Support team, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, addressing their issues, and ensuring they leave the conversation satisfied.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service via live chats, phone calls, and emails
  • Resolve customer queries swiftly and efficiently
  • Manage customer expectations and provide solutions to their problems
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction goals
