As a Healthcare Administrative Coordinator, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient functioning of the clinic and providing exceptional assistance to patients throughout their entire experience.

You will collaborate closely with the Manager and work alongside a team of devoted professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage correspondence, results, and procedures.
  • Communicate with patients, visitors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist patients in navigating the clinic and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Handle telephone and email inquiries.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and mailing correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a medical or healthcare environment is essential.
  • Previous experience in a similar position is preferred.
  • Proficient in PC skills, including the MS Office Suite.
  • Positive demeanor with excellent administrative and customer service abilities.
  • High attention to detail and the capacity to provide compassionate support to patients.
  • Discreet approach to maintaining patient confidentiality.
  • Willingness to be adaptable and work collaboratively as part of a small team.
  • Excellent telephone communication skills.
  • A personable approach is essential.
