Credit Administrator

JHE & Partners Ltd is seeking a skilled Credit Administrator to join their team in Bradford. This permanent position is ideal for an individual with a confident personality and previous administration experience.
The successful candidate will work closely with the credit manager and be responsible for overseeing the back-office credit function for the company. This includes setting up and maintaining customer files, liaising with internal departments, and producing and sending collection letters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer files and maintain accurate records
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless communication
- Produce and send collection letters to customers
- Assist in notifying customers of changes in ownership
- Generate and send customer statements
- Respond to internal and external emails
- Generate and send external letters
- Chase customer remittances
Requirements:
- Previous administration experience
- Confident personality and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
