JHE & Partners Ltd is seeking a skilled Credit Administrator to join their team in Bradford. This permanent position is ideal for an individual with a confident personality and previous administration experience.

The successful candidate will work closely with the credit manager and be responsible for overseeing the back-office credit function for the company. This includes setting up and maintaining customer files, liaising with internal departments, and producing and sending collection letters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer files and maintain accurate records
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless communication
  • Produce and send collection letters to customers
  • Assist in notifying customers of changes in ownership
  • Generate and send customer statements
  • Respond to internal and external emails
  • Generate and send external letters
  • Chase customer remittances

Requirements:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Confident personality and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education:

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
