Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Credit Administrator to join our team at JHE & Partners Ltd. As a Credit Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the back office function, assisting the credit team in their daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer File Management: Set up and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer files, ensuring all relevant information is readily available.
- Internal Liaison: Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Collection Letters: Produce and send collection letters to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Customer Notifications: Assist in notifying new business acquisition customers of changes in ownership.
- Customer Statements: Generate and send customer statements on a regular basis.
- Email and Letter Response: Respond to internal and external emails and generate various external letters as required.
- Remittance Chasing: Chase customer remittances in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Administrative Experience: 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Customer Service: 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Education: GCSE or equivalent (preferred).
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: £23,000 per year.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, no weekends.
